Founded in Minneapolis, MN in 1995 with Barb Miller’s vision to revolutionize how brands connect with independent distribution through strategic fixture and store design, and meticulous project management, our early success laid a strong foundation. The 2006 merger with Scott Miller’s design firm injected further creative energy and expanded our reach, earning us a reputation for excellence among leading brands. In 2016, Paige Wittman’s arrival as co-owner marked a pivotal expansion, incorporating cutting-edge sales and distribution strategy, and impactful channel program development, evolving us into the Miller Wittman Retail Design Group. Scott Miller

With a 16-year foundation in advertising and graphic design, including 10 years at the helm of his own agency, Scott has cultivated a distinctive and highly effective approach to retail store and fixture design. His deep understanding of both creative execution and the practical demands of the retail environment drives his current success. During his advertising tenure, Scott conceptualized and executed a wide range of materials, from logos and advertisements to brochures and comprehensive in-store retail campaigns. Memorable projects include his work with City Pages (Minneapolis), Valvoline, and the Minneapolis Tourism Commission. Notably, he developed the scalable programs and processes that enabled the efficient design and production of up to 5,000 projects annually for the AT&T Wireless account. The 2006 merger of Scott's agency with Barb Miller’s marked the formation of the Miller Retail Design Group, a partnership that has propelled the company to new heights through their work in custom retailer design, the development of innovative fixture programs, and the successful launches of flagship retail store programs for brands like Slingshot and Indian Motorcycle. Scott's clients, whether retailers or manufacturers, appreciate not only his exceptional design aesthetic and practical solutions but also the enduring relationships he builds. His unique talent for aligning the distinct needs of both the retail and manufacturing sides fuels mutual success and fosters strong, trusting partnerships. A sought-after speaker for the past decade, Scott has shared his expertise on marketing, retail design, and merchandising at numerous conventions, consistently demonstrating his ability to deliver creative, yet hard-working solutions that drive tangible retail results and cultivate lasting client loyalty.

PAIGE WITTMAN

Paige is a highly accomplished sales, marketing, and channel development leader-strategist with a deep understanding of building winning teams and driving revenue growth. Her career has been marked by a commitment to developing powerful distribution channels and effective retail programs for leading brands across diverse industries. Her foundational experience at Malone Advertising, where she supported The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, provided invaluable insight into the critical partnership between manufacturers and retailers. This led to a significant tenure at Goodyear as a Sales Promotion Manager in Northern California, where she excelled in crafting consumer and commercial marketing strategies, dealer/retailer programs, and customer engagement events. Paige then spent nine formative years at Polaris Industries, where she advanced through marketing and sales management roles with increasing responsibility, including international assignments. As Director of Retail & Dealer Development, she was a driving force behind the design and implementation of Polaris's first prototype store and its evolving distribution strategy. Prior to becoming a Partner at Miller Wittman Retail Design Group in 2017, Paige held key leadership positions at Andersen Corporation, including Sales Director and Vice President of Sales for the Residential & Commercial business, where she successfully navigated acquisitions, integrations, and consistently delivered strong sales results and market share gains. In her final role as Vice President of Sales Operations, she oversaw channel strategy, sales administration, CRM optimization, architectural services, and the development of a sales academy, while also championing Lean Sigma methodologies within Sales & Marketing. Today, at Miller Wittman, Paige applies her extensive experience to help a wide range of clients develop and optimize their retail strategies to achieve significant growth in sales and profitability.
