About Us
We were founded in 1995 in Minneapolis, MN by Barb Miller. Barb's expertise in marrying brands with independent distribution through fixture, store design and project management was wildly successful. In 2006, Scott Miller merged his design firm with Barb's and the company gained countless raving fans and high profile clients.
In 2016, Paige Wittman became co-owner and we expanded our business to include sales strategy, distribution strategy & channel program development along with our design work and became the Miller Wittman Retail Design Group.
Our proven and immersive processes allow us to specialize in complex industries and multi-step distribution. Through those processes, we are able to expertly blend the desires of brands, with the needs of retailers to create the next generation of growth and customer experience.
We have helped some of the best known brands and close to 3000 retailers find, showcase and capitalize on their strengths to grow and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.
Whether you are a challenger brand entering the market, a brand dominating your category, launching a product, or feeling stagnated, we can help find your next level strategy and customer experience.

Scott Miller
Owner
Scott spent
16 years in advertising and graphic design, 10 of which was spent running his
own agency. Over that period, he honed the unique and valued skill set that balances
creative design and hard-working retail that lead to his current success in
retail store and fixture design.
Over the course of those 16 years Scott designed logos, ads, brochures and in-store retail campaigns. Some of his fondest
memories are his projects for City Pages (Minneapolis) & Valvoline, and
working with the Minneapolis Tourism Commission. One of the more significant
programs in his portfolio is the development of programs & processes that
lead to the design and creation of up to 5000 projects a year for the
AT&T Wireless account.
In 2006,
Scott merged his company with Barb Miller’s to form the Miller Retail Design
Group. Since the merger, the company has soared to new heights with their
continued work in custom retailer design, development of fixture programs and
the launches of the Slingshot & Indian Motorcycle retail store programs.
Whether retailer or manufacturer, Scott's customers not only appreciate his superior design aesthetic and effective solutions, but deeply value the relationships that he develops and maintains. It is Scott’s unique ability to balance the needs of the retailer with the needs of the manufacturer to fuel success, thereby earning the trust and respect of both parties.
Scott is
also a gifted speaker who has been featured at conventions on a variety
of marketing, retail design and merchandising topics for the past 10 years. His
creative solutions are hard-working and deliver retail results that keep the
retailer and manufacturers coming back time and again.
Paige Wittman
Owner
Paige
has more than 25 years of sales, marketing and channel development experience. She has
dedicated her career to developing winning sales teams, powerful distribution
channels, and retail programs for leading brands. Early in her work experience,
she was at Malone Advertising in Ohio, which had The Goodyear Tire & Rubber
Company as a client. She was fortunate to work with the Goodyear dealers and
company owned stores to develop retail programs and promotions. She found that
she could translate what both the retailers & manufacturer needed to be
successful and so Paige took that agency experience and went to work for
Goodyear as sales promotion manager based in Northern California creating
commercial and consumer marketing plans, dealer/retailer programs and planning customer
events. She believes that the
experience at Goodyear with an excellent dealer network and sophisticated
marketing model was a priceless foundation for what was to come.
Paige
then relocated to Minneapolis and spent nine years at Polaris Industries, where
she started in a marketing role, quickly moved into sales management, both
domestically and internationally, and in her last role was director of Retail
& Dealer Development. Paige was instrumental in the design of the first
Polaris prototype store and the rollout of this design, as well as the
distribution strategy & programs.
In
2007, she left Polaris and joined the Andersen Corporation where she led winning
teams as a sales director, managed business teams, and was vice president of sales
for the Residential & Commercial business, leading the team through
acquisitions, integrations, successful sales years, and market share gains. In
her final role, she was vice president of Sales Operations which included the
distribution channel strategy & programs for the large dealer network,
sales administration, CRM & effectiveness, architectural services, the
development of a sales academy, as well as championing Lean Sigma for Sales
& Marketing.
In 2017, she left Andersen to become a partner in the Miller Wittman Retail Design
Group to put her knowledge and experience to work for her clients.
